The hotel was situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the free breakfast that was offered which had a variety of Japanese options. The onsen was a nice way to relax after an exhausting day. The shower room had shampoo and soap provided. We were happy to find coin-operated washing and drying machines in the onsen dressing room.

The location of the hotel was a bit of a downside as it required a taxi ride to get anywhere. The rooms were very small and had limited space.

The hotel was situated far away from public transportation, and any sightseeing needed a taxi ride, which added to the cost. the rooms, though small, were okay for a two-night stay and had a nice view of the mountains. the free breakfast was nothing remarkable, but it was complimentary. the onsen was a welcome treat after a long day, and the massage chair and foot massager were beneficial. the staff, especially Mai, were helpful.

The bathroom size was tiny, and it was difficult to move around.

Clean hotel with helpful staff. Free breakfast and a relaxing onsen with massage chairs and lockers for your room key. English speaking staff available.

The scenery surrounding the hotel was really great, and the staff was very accommodating. the onsen was fantastic and a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, especially the bathrooms.
